This video explains the different areas in KCC where you can find help. There are step by step instructions for all methods beneath the video.
Method 1
Click the yellow question mark button at the top right of the KCC window or click the help button in the left hand navigation column.
You will be presented with details of the screen you are looking at along with some useful videos.
You can search for help in the search box at the top of the window.
Method 2
Enabling control hints.
Click the user button at the top right of the KCC screen and select Account Settings.
Select the interface tab and switch on the Enable Control Hints toggle.
Method 3
Click the 'Show Screen Description' hyperlink - you can find this just beneath the page title.
This will show you videos related to the page you are on.
The See All Videos option will take you to the support portal with all of the product videos available for viewing.
Click Hide Screen Description will close the dialog.
Method 4
On your KCC dashboard click the Ticket Portal button.
This will take you to the knowledge base for the product and is where you can find all of the guides, instructions and videos relating to Khaos Control Cloud.
There is a magnifying glass button at the top of the page - clicking this will enable you to search for what you with to do.
You will be shown a list of articles that match your search.
Method 5
On your KCC dashboard click the Support Portal button.
This will take you to our support website where you can find all of the product videos, downloadable set up guides and a link to the knowledgebase.
