Set Up Courier Groups

Overview

You can specify which courier service to use for your imported orders by using courier groups. 

Usage

  1. In System Setup, open System Data.
  2. Double click on the Courier Groups line to open the table.
  3. Enter Edit Mode.
  4. Use the New button to add new courier group(s).
  5. Enter a description.
  6. Save and Close the screen.
  7. In System Data, double click on the Courier Bandings line to open the table.
  8. Enter Edit Mode.
  9. Use the Courier Group column to determine which courier services are mapped to your courier group.
  10. Save and Close the screen.
  11. In Channels, open the relevant Channel's setup screen by double clicking on the channel.
  12. Enter Edit Mode.
  13. In the Default Values/Courier Group option, set the preferred Courier Group against the channel delivery option.
  14. Save the screen.
